Can’t see the money I sent in
I sent a total sum of 6k into the account for the past 2 hours now, I need that money to pay some pending bills and it hasn’t entered the account whereas it has already shown that is has successfully been sent from the senders bank, please I need my money. I can’t be stranded because of a bank that doesn’t have a stable organization. That’s just plain stupid.
Refund my money
This is the second time it’s happening that when I make transfer they’ll deduct the money but the money won’t reach the other party.
Couldn’t open an account
Hi, I heard a review from a friend bout your app/bank. I tried creating myself an account but it didn’t go through that day after adding my BVN,then I went over by creating it again and I was told my BVN was already linked to an account,an account that doesn’t exist cause I couldn’t complete it.Y’all customer care,how do I go by it,please I need a quick response…

The Worst Bank App
I have been using the account without issues since I haven’t put in big amount of money but the very day I did I haven’t been able to make. Withdrawal it’s telling me I can’t send money even till now I have tried verifying or contacting the customer support still no respond till customer support number switch off place release my money I don’t even wanna use your bank anymore !

Don’t put your money in this bank oo This bank network is very bad and if you put money in the bank you won’t be able to transfer the money out So be cautious with this bank

I have to give you one star because what happened isn’t making me happy atall .this making twice I sent money to someone and didn’t see it but you deduct it from my account over one week now you haven’t return my money,I make a complain on WhatsApp ,twitter same thing on instagram they don’t even work on anything since then haaa ,I’m using this bank for bussiness now
