Morgen Calendar & Task Manager

This calendar app is fantastic. Its integration with Notion and iCal supports my workflow 👍

I regret having payed for morgen. One of the reasons I subscribed was the mobile app. But unfortunately it turns out the app is really bad. It does not sync in background so it takes ages to sync every single time you open it. Also it doesn’t know what day it is. It keeps the day from the last time you opened it… the worst thing is: I’ve written to the developers a few times asking for improvements and the only thing they do is ask if I can send screenshots or to explain better. Absolute waste of time…

I was very happy with Morgen until recently when their software stopped working on Laptops or Desktops, the two devices I primarily use for managing my diary and calendar. What this means is if I try adding a meeting on my Desktop it no longer syncs to my Laptop or mobile. I have been in touch with customer support who were initially helpful, however it has now been ten days with no reply despite multiples attempts to reach out. I find this service incredibly poor and without the ability to use this on all my devices it is useless to me. If you are only going to use mobile then this is still a strong calendar option, however I cannot give a higher review whilst they sell it as a cross platform solution and it doesn’t behave as one - I have requested a refund personally however even to that I’ve not had a response. Do not expect support if something goes wrong.

After using various task management tools like Sunsama and UseMotion, I settled on Morgen for its compatibility with both Google and Apple, its attractive interface, and simplicity. The Morgen team's responsiveness and personal touch, along with their openness to user feedback and continuous improvement, stand out. Their effective implementation of new features, some of which were based on my suggestions, confirms their commitment to user satisfaction. Morgen's combination of a great product and team has made it my preferred choice and I am here to stay.

Easy and simple to use and schedule your days and events. Don’t have to be a intellectually businessman to use it. Very good app

I have tried many calendars and chose Morgen because I found it to be the most user friendly and made sense to my brain. I love the desktop version and how I can integrate my Notion tasks and then drag and drop them to my schedule. (I would LOVE to be able to do this from the phone and tablet app!!). I also love that I can integrate multiple calendars, change the colors, create recurring events and estimate how long a task will be when creating it. The app is always being improved andI would give 5 ⭐️ when I can drag tasks from the mobile apps to the calendar like I can with the desktop app!

It’s unbelievable to have all your productivity apps connected and ready to use in on place. Also the reminders and ready link to join meeting before they begin is pretty handy.

Good syncing across all task management platforms. Simple, does its job, manages tasks and time blocks across devices.

My life has never been more organized! Having morgen has helped me get a visual every morning of my upcoming general life and even any details that I have added, so I can be confident that I’m not missing anything important. It syncs up to all of my other calendars, for work and Gmail and can even connect to my Alexa so I can get a daily overview without opening any devices on my device free days. There’s an app that syncs to my MacBook, iPhone and iPad so I can open it on any of my devices. Totally 5 star in my experience!

As a service, the ability to integrate with a bunch of different task managers and calendars and then time block is great. The windows app is amazing. I'm assuming the Mac app is pretty good too. The iPad and iOS apps are a little lackluster--the UI is just a bit clunky and hard to use. Especially on an iPad which can accommodate a near-desktop class app experience especially with a mouse and keyboard attached.
