Check inn didn't work
Filled it all out then it went back to beginning and the details of my stay are incorrect. I had booked breakfast but listed with out.

Cannot add bookings made from work email address
I use these hotels regularly for both personal and business use, requiring use of two different email addresses. Unfortunately the app cannot seem to handle adding a correct booking number and email address that's not the one the account was opened with, to streamline and accumulate information into one account. Suggestion would be to add an option for adding another email address in account setup
Motel one has 5star hotel service
Really this motel gives service as a 5-star hotel, I love everything. amazing staff

Die App ist leicht zu bedienen und übersichtlich. Passt also alles...
Leider fehlerhaft
Unsere Reservierung wird leider mit falschen Informationen dargestellt. Die App ist somit leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Frühstück fehlt und Datum ist falsch
Super Hotel aber die Benefiz für die Kunden sind mau.
Ich würde mir für einen Stammgast und die Preisgabe aller meiner Daten deutlich mehr Benefiz erwarten.
ApplePay?
Es gab mal ApplePay und buchen war einfach und schnell - unter 1 Min end-to-end. Habe gerade 10 Minuten alleine mit dem PayPal Checkout zugebracht, weil es kein ApplePay mehr gibt und die PayPal-Integration nicht sauber funktioniert. Inakzeptabel. Ich bin treuer MotelOne-Kunde, aber nicht mehr lange, wenn das so bleibt.
Mega Hotel Kette
Wir haben schon sehr oft in den Hotels der Motel One Kette übernachtet. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist super nett
App hängt neuerdings
Guten Tag zusammen, bisher gab es fünf Sterne für die MotelOne-App. Nutze sie auf dem iPhone 11 als auch auf dem iPad 11 Pro. Grossartig. Punkt 1: Seit ein paar Wochen hängt die App sich ständig auf und reagiert nicht oder extrem zeitverzögert. Punkt 2: Weshalb muss ich beim Einchecken, obwohl immer im Voraus bezahlt, erneut meine Kreditkarten-Daten eingeben? Total nervig !!! Ansonsten eine super App. -> sofern sie wieder funktioniert. (neuester Version, alle updates gemacht, Tel auf dem neuesten Stand , Neustart ebenfalls) Vielen Dank für die Aufmerksamkeit. Vielleicht kann sich jemand mal ransetzen und sich kümmern. Liebe Grüße.
