I had downloaded Mother Goose Club rhymes on my iPhone and selected trial membership. However when trial membership ended I believe the app automatically charged my debit card for a Yearly membership which I didn’t apply for. This is totally unethical, there should have been some way of going through my permission before deducting the amount. Please cancel this subscription and REFUND my money Rs.2699 immediately. It’s annoying how it keeps signing my kid out of the full version and then telling me I can’t restore purchase from app. Why am I paying for something she cannot use. She has been using the free version for the past 6 months because of this foolishness. Even though I paid for an annual subscription. I want my money back!!!!!!

The first time
The entire app doesn’t have any volume on our end. Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?
All my other apps have volume. I checked the volume made sure the volume button worked. Uninstalled same thing.
My daughter loves this app but after a few months the sound stopped working. So even though I paid for the yearly subscription last year she never watched it. She wanted to watch it this morning so I paid for the monthly subscription (yearly one was expired) thinking that by now there shouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately still no sound. I have tried everything I can think of, including deleting app and reinstalling but still no sound.
Looks fun but I do not know why you have to pay for it 🤷♀️thanks tho 🤷♀️
