Mothership Companion

Great app, the character creation tool is fantastic it would be great if I didn’t have to specify a pronoun in order to finish creating the character though. Otherwise, wonderful!

A great companion app for players to build a character and handle rolls, with a clean and attractive interface. Could be improved with greater ability to edit or rename equipment, remove/add/edit trinkets and patches, stat out pets, , manage ammunition better, those sorts of a little quality of life things.

I’ll keep it short and sweet: I love this app. The UI is clean and the app is easy to use. My only want is an iPad version.

Super easy to create characters and do the normal play stuff. But seriously, no area for notes?

I love Mothership and this is absolutely the quickest way to get someone into a character in moments.

Love the app. Everything works well but it would be amazing to have a section to note my progress through the game and to remember things from next sessions

It would be really cool to have a DM part of the app where you can create a lobby for your players characters and keep track of there stats and such. Would really like to be able to have a more immersive side of getting my characters paid for their completed jobs and stuff like that. Just a suggestion!

This app is great - it's responsive, it's complete, it's simple to use, and it doesn't try to do too much, only what's needed.

My friends live out of state so I’m forced to play games remotely with them on Zoom or Discord. We started a Mothership campaign before the app came out, and used it for our final session, and it made a huge difference. Most of the players are novices to the world of TTRPGs, and you could immediately sense how much more at ease they were using the app. They could hold their roll results up to the camera for everyone to see, it streamlined stat checks and inventory stuff, and, frankly, it made everything look a lot cooler. Even I, a physical dice classist, found myself charmed by the layout and presentation. I’ve already rolled my character for the next campaign, and I can’t wait to dive in with this tool available from the get go.

What can I say, it’s clean, it looks good, and it works well. I love the character portraits and enjoy how sleek it feels, goes perfectly with the mothership setting. While I will most likely be having my players use pen and paper for the first little bit, I will have the app on deck to quickly generate new characters when one of them dies.
