Motorola by Hubble Connected

J’en étais satisfait jusque là après 18 mois d’utilisation mais depuis quelques temps, il est impossible de se connecter. De plus, je souhaiterai faire l’acquisition d’une seconde caméra seule mais c’est mission impossible …

Une application géniale, entre la caméra et le suivis connecté ( tout ce qui on l’application peuvent le voir ) je recommande

L’application de surveillance bébé est correcte et conviviale… mais deux GROS défauts 1/ trop de baratin et fonctionnalités inutiles qui alourdissent l’interface utilisateur comme les pseudos conseils d’education et autres fatras 2/ de nombreuses fonctionnalités sont inaccessibles comme une deuxième camera si on ne prend pas un abonnement a des prix prohibitifs et aberrants Bref …décevant car cela enlève pas mal d’intérêt du produit.. il serait souhaitable que Motorola se focalise sur la fourniture de produits de qualité au lieu de vouloir enchainer les clients et se faire du fric sur leu dos..

A la hauteur des espérances. Il suffit de brancher la caméra et l’écran et la liaison est faite entre la chambre et le salon. Et la mise en place du logiciel sur le iPhone est une formalité. Donc installation facile 20/20. L’image est très nette en journée 20/20 également . La nuit nous sommes en noir et blanc et pour l’instant je ne sais pas encore. Je vous le dirais demain matin. Il serait intéressant de pouvoir acheter un système de fixation pour accrocher facilement la caméra sur le lit de l’enfant.

All of a sudden after this recent update, I now can’t play any music from the app to the camera. The play button does not work and then when I try to select a new sound, it says the media can’t be played at this time. What happened???

I bought this monitor because it included free livestream access via a phone app. They have now shut down that feature unless you pay $15-$20 for access. They wrote a long plea for financial difficulties as the reason for charging this new fee. It is an unfair business practice to make this change after purchase, they should only be applying it to new customers.

I loved the idea of being able to use my phone to keep an eye on the kids if I didn’t have the monitor charged or if I was walking out of range of the monitor… app was working great for a while but now it won’t work at all. Can’t live stream even after disconnecting and reconnecting, turning both my phone and the camera off (unplugging it) and back on…. Even rebooted to wifi router. Also for some reason it randomly switched my time frame (which doesn’t really matter) more so mad about the fact that they want you to pay for all these extras and it can’t even do the simple live stream. Worst part is my kid broke our monitor and now I have to get an entirely new monitor and camera because this app decided to just stop working…

I get too many connection errors starting “this is on our end and we are working on it. Try again in a few minutes.” Hours go by and it’s still not fixed.

No way to monitor baby tonight

Great experience with live streaming until time to renew. The offer was $9.99 for lifetime. I chose to do so. I tried over 5 times and the screen just kept spinning after it took my payment info. Then once I was able to make it to another screen using a different route it offered a free 7 day trial. I chose that. But my streaming does not work. So in the small print it tells me it will auto renew after 7 days. Which is 59.99 for ONE CAMERA! No way to contact customer service except an email which no one has replied.
