The bed frame itself is great but the app doesn’t work properly. It won’t connect to my bed even though the Bluetooth works just fine and plays music. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times and got nothing. Even unplugged the bed and reconnected to the Bluetooth multiple times and still nothing. These companies like making “smart” things with apps to get us to buy but never seem to maintain and update the apps and make sure they work properly.

Using this app to setup the lights does not work. Can cut the lights on and off but if you try to set a time for the lights to stay on it does not respond. Once triggered the lights will cut on then off in about 13 seconds.

I’ve had this adjustable base for 2 months. My iOS app is no longer finding my bed/device. It just keeps saying “scanning/refresh”. It connects via bluetooth, and the bed says “paired”. It can play music fine. But i cannot use the app to connect to the bed for movement and/or light options.

To begin. The bed base is good. But your missing out on the simplest options via the app with connectivity to base. You could add timers Start out in zero gravity. 3 hours in it could go flat. That way you don’t have to wake up to adjust it flat. The whole point of a bed is better sleep. Even have a massaging turn on just before your alarm. It could be so easy and so much better. Pretty please make this adjustment.

Cannot seem to vary the massage time setting-just turns off in 10 mins and has to be reinitiated

The main features of the app work well in controlling our bed. I wish the remote could control both beds in the same screen. We have a split king and the remote treats each side as a separate bed. It would be nice to control both side lights together. The light timer feature is a joke and doesn't work at all. It is almost like a work-in-progress beta feature. Once they get this working, it would be nice to also be able to set a time for the lights to come on. And please add basic support for Apple Watch control.

Cannot change color of LED lights. Can only set time lights stay on. The color wheel does not show up to change thee color.

This app is great. My husband keeps the remote on his side and I use the app. It comes in handy when I go to bed before he does. I just wish this could be on Apple Watch as well.

It will show and control my bed but I can not change the color of the lights or intensity. It gives me a “setting 10967” message and is blank.

What a waste of time! This app will not work on my IPhone! (Yes, I have the latest iOS version)
