I’m still using the originally installed version, and nothing I do will get the app to update. Adding a device to my network should not be this difficult!

MT8733 modem. Registered and activated through my isp. Entered the MAC address over 20 times. Will not connect. The contact support button does not work. Can’t log in through the ip address in the booklet either. Absolute junk.

Motosyn cloud can’t seem to connect to any of the routers I try to connect on system with Mh7601 routers. Have not been able to make a connection.

This app is worthless and dangerous. I’ll never buy Motorola products again. A company that size can’t develop its own app that works? This app holds all your personal info and even when I wipe my modem this app still maintains control. Horrible. Dangerous. Worthless. And so is Motorola.

The app, once again, has crashed. And support is no where to be found.

Please fix I can’t login into the account or reset it

Got logged out of my account, literally won’t let me submit a password reset. Button gives no response. Great!

This app is a nightmare. I’ve wasted days of my life trying to get our internet to work. The Support Chat never works, it’s just an empty button - and the app is the only way to get support! There’s no phone or email or contact form. We spent a lot of $$$ on the routers and are helpless when they go out since we can’t access Support. Sometimes we get logged out of the app and can’t get back in, and reset links don’t function. What is happening??!! Don’t buy these products, total waste of time and money.

To whom this may concern, My mesh works great when it works. However, when it isn't working it is terrible.

And then uses it to sign you up for a bunch of spam! About a minute after I created an account for this app, I received 65+ emails that said I signed up for a bunch of bizarre government and state sites. This is very concerning.
