App use to be great photos and videos would load fast but sometime in the fall of 2024 they updated app and now it takes 30 secs to a minute sometimes for a photo to open kind of annoying when it never use to do that I tried deleting thousands of images thinking that was problem didn’t help. Really hope they change this.

Unable to sign into mobile app. Have been on phone with your cs and t mobile and apple. Paying the money but no service and no help.

The app is really good and intuitive. However, I use my iPad to view pictures and you can’t use it in landscape mode, only vertical. That’s the only thing keeping it from 5 stars.

App crashes as soon as payment info is entered…

Ever since the latest update about a week ago I’ve stopped getting the notifications alerting me when I have new photos/videos. I liked getting the alerts. What happened??!

I’ve not only tried on the app, but also online to put my card information in to purchase a plan, and it kicks me out. Every. Single. Time. Gotta work on that. I didn’t spend 90+ on a camera and then have trouble activating it and not be able to use it.

Moultrie cameras are high quality most of the time unless it’s rainy or foggy.But my problem is within the camera itself, when I turn the PIR sensitivity to high, it randomly takes a picture exactly every 5 seconds, which is not what I have it set to, I wish to see this change but for now I will keep it on medium. Oh yeah and also, fire all of your customer support people, they are unaware of a simple software and tell you to replace the camera, they are also sometimes extremely rude and do not care about the customer at ALL! Please take this into consideration , thank you !

This app is horrible, I would not recommend half of the time you try to get into the actual app it does not work!!!

For the first year or so, this app worked flawlessly with their cameras. I run eight different cameras, and spend over $1000 a year to do that. I used to get a notification every time a camera uploaded an image at the set interval, it was easy to save photos to albums, and everything was generally useful. Over the past year, it seems like their rush to add all the latest bells and whistles & incorporate the ever marketable “AI” features, has caused them to forget their basic purpose. If you can’t get decent pictures, proper notifications, or easily figure out if a picture’s been saved to a folder, every other feature is completely worthless. They’ve always had good customer service, but when those good people can’t fix the issue, or fix it for a short period of time before you have to call in to work through it all with them again, even good customer service gets pretty old. If they don’t get back to basics & make their core purpose function correctly, I’ll be looking for a different provider when my annual renewal is up.
