I’m new to Move 365, but not new to fitness with Steph! I’m very impressed with the app and the broad scope of workouts available! I’ve been working on strength with other programs, but I need more focused strength to coordinate with my running and aging. I appreciate the varied times of the workouts to fit into my daily routine and the length of the workout programs to give me a goal to work towards.
The features in this app are absolutely amazing! The workouts are always something I look forward to, and the instructions are very clear for the movements. This app has changed the game to me and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to get active.

This fitness app is the best I’ve ever found. There’s something for everyone on all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. I never get bored. The app is ever changing. I love the community support and Steph is very responsive to questions. Overall I highly recommend!
I have been working out with this app for a few months and I love it! Steph’s workout programs offer great options and versatility. I know when I work out with this app, I’m in the right hands. I love the format of timed moves along with Steph doing the move with you. She gives clear written instruction of each move, as well. I look forward to each and every workout.
This may be the best app I have found for working out. Prior to the pandemic I worked out at a boutique gym. The experience was excellent because of the personal coaching. I can take this app with me anywhere and I feel like I have a similar experience. You definitely want to get this app if you are looking to improve your Fitness or get started on a new program.
Love the level 1 workouts and that I can move to the next levels at a comfortable pace. Enough workouts to never be bored!
