A peine ouverte, l’app ne cesse d’afficher soit une page pour passer à la version payante, soit une popup pour la noter. Même pas le temps de tester tranquillement… Donc je l’ai dégagée.

Hey you!? Can you once answer to my question, I am a six-years customer, since a year the app is asking to put the authorization on « always » but it is already on « always »!!! And then, it just gives the number of steps/distance done, nothing more, no map, no details. If still no answer/solution, I will cancel my subscription. Thanks in advance.

Other concerns, with the subscription it is only possible to export the current year, impossible to recover all the previous monitoring years and after creation of the export zip file, the import does not work. only a page appears indicating that it may take a while but after a night of work the application still displays the same page with the same message. Still no response from the developer despite an active subscription After the free week testing and like the app worked well I decided to continue with the annual subscription, it activated automatically. My Apple store account has validated the payment but since the application does not recognize my subscription and demand me to subscribe again and the activating with the restoring subscription function there is no change. Through the app I contacted 4 times the developer and got no response or action to correct the issue 👎👎

Fin 2018, j’avais essayé cette application. Elle fonctionnait très mal avec de nombreux bugs et une très faible réactivité. Elle était quasiment inutilisable. Maintenant, elle identifie et enregistrer correctement les trajets. Sur certains segments, elle peut confondre le vélo et la marche. Cependant, une fonction très judicieuse permet alors d’apporter une correction manuelle. La présentation claire, même un peu dépouillé, et très agréable et ergonomique quelques progrès sont encore possibles : –l’importation des anciennes données de Move n’est pas évidente et mériterait quelques explications. Ainsi, les erreurs 1003 n’est pas expliciter il est donc bien difficile de la corriger ! -Il n’y a pas de rubrique support dans la boîte à outils de l’application. C’est dommage, ça permettrait une interaction directe avec le concepteur et son équipe. -même si d’autres applications le font déjà, il serait intéressant de fournir la dépense calorique. – la liste des activités disponibles mérite d’être élargie (Kayak, aviron, ski de fond… Etc.). Cependant, dans son état actuel, l’application est déjà très prometteuse et peut remplacer l’ancienne Move

I love how the app seamlessly tracks everything I do. Biking, walking and transit. The only problem is that it hasn’t learned that I don’t bike/walk and drive in 10 minute intervals. If I do a long bike ride, uphills turns to walk and fast downhills turn to car.

The app does not track 24/7 in the background as developer claims which is the key purpose for buying the app. Just discovered there are many weeks of my activity that were not tracked. I lost critical work data. I used the original Moves app with no issues and was forced to continue with this subscription based version. Not having the 24/7 tracking data the app promised is now a major work related issue for me. This developer needs to fix this or warn users and refund for all of the time the app did not function as described.

This app used to be great at tracking my dog walking routes, but after it was updated it rarely shows the correct routes and walk/drive category. I want my money back!

周一，付费，正常。 周二，通勤时间不对，在家的时间成了通勤时间。 周三，在家时间显示为几个小时的步行和驾车。 周四，在家时间成了步行 9 小时。 周五，在单位时间成了几小时的步行。 而且即使没有大问题的部分，也称不上优秀，定位点太少，轨迹很曲折。耗电却不算少。 去年试用一个月，并没有这么离谱。现在也不知道咋了。

Best app yet to replace Moves (boy did Facebook mess that up). Developer responsive to comments which is a big plus in my book.

Got a little rough with some past update. Been using this app for 7 plus years now. Use for tracking my time spent at jobs and mileage and steps. Just been getting better and better. Well worth the monthly subscription. Have tried others. This is the best for my needs.
