Excellent food and the app works well

Not a good app. Too hard to use

I like that the initial bugs have been ironed out and in general think the app is great. It’s really simple to make a booking through the app and im sure I’ll rack up the loyalty stamps pretty quickly. Only downside for me so far is that I can’t check/amend my bookings within the app, I have to go find the email (usually in my junk) and then go through it there despite me making the booking through the app. This seems like a fairly obvious fix for the dev team

Am trying to get the app to start up but am not receiving the email with the code. Have tried several times and it’s not in the junk folder

Love the whole Mowgli experience. However, we have points but how do you use them or benefit from them within the app or in the restaurants ? Thanks

My daughter is currently at Birmingham University , she came home to London to celebrate her birthday with us . So I thought it’s only sweet to have a train ride back to Birmingham with her . On way up on the train we had a bit of a debate on where and what to eat on arrival, and I thought of having a Curry , so she looked online found this place Mowgli Street Food and booked us a table, it was 100% . Looking forward to our next visit . Even the toilet were very clean especially in these times of Covid. Great friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make the experience a delight .

I can only select Cardiff as my local restaurant. Others do not appear as search results. Please fix this as I’d love to get Mowgli at home.

We come to the Liverpool one all the time and we love the Leeds one now it’s open!

Food is v good even tho I have a nut allergy would recommend
