Initially the pictures in the app match the paintings etc in the home, but then they don’t. Confusing when the app asked to download a ton of data, which would have taken hours, and we learned was not necessary for the tour. We asked the docent and he told us to skip that part. Also, would be helpful to start with a basic ‘101’ overview, then go chronologically. Should initially introduce each of the family members and others in his life, because otherwise seems random every time a person is mentioned, which happens a lot.

There seemed to be a special exhibit? And it took a long time to download.

I had the app download for almost 2 hours and it is still at 29%. If it downloads later I probably won’t use it, I maybe will for fun, but not professionally, also reading the other reviews they are pretty bad and all are 1 star.

Much worse than the previous audio guide. Want a shame!

The stuff it says is not there

Just doesn’t work well. Better off reading the brochure in your preferred language.

Had to restart many times and eventually remove the app and redownload.

Very slow. Several restarts.
