Just clueless drivers and support staff who barely know how to copy and paste a canned response.

The app is relatively easy to use, however it would be great if you could share the tracking with someone. I live outside of South Africa and place orders for family in South Africa - it is a bit inconvenient to not be able to share the tracking with the person who will actually receive the order.

Placing an order and I am stuck on the payment screen. It’s loading and nothing ever happens after that.

I found the service very good, but unfortunately it registered the wrong delivery address right at the outset, and then the app prohibited me from changing the delivery address to the correct one. This is a flaw in the system he needs to be corrected. Sebastian 😊

The Voucher Code doesn’t work. Food was cold. Delivery driver was excellent.

Mr Delivery on the West Rand does not provide enough variety of restaurants! Many of the restaurants are regularly providing poor service be cause there in no competition on the West Rand platform. For example, deliveries from Simple Asia and other Clearwater restaurants. The Asian option on the platform do not offer consistent value form money and quality of menus items.

I was super impressed. I placed my order and was given a 45 minute lead time but received the food piping hot and fresh some 20 minutes later. The driver was courteous, professional and super Covid-conscious!! Well done to one and all
