Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shops

One of the toughest apps I’ve ever used to place a simple order. Took me 5 minutes to load and 10 minutes to place the order. Received a bunch of “errors” as I was doing things . I won’t use it again!

1) remembers your prior order… as long as it isn’t customized in any way! 2) if you use a Mr Pickles gift card with the app, be sure to try and use the entire balance with your order because the app erases the remaining balance on the card!

The app rarely works, which stinks because I’d love to use my reward points. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it doesn’t help that the sandwiches cost more when ordered through Doordash.

App needs lots of work. I order a sandwich and they took my money off my card and I never got my order.

Can’t reorder any previously ordered items. Every order I have to start from scratch to order the same sandwich. Contacted developer and they said they are aware but it still isn’t fixed. Often get other errors like can’t reach store, etc. Very subpar app compared to the standard.

You guys need to recheck your re-order feature. Every time you click the re-order button the app crashes When you enter the cart.

My Pickles is my go to sandwich shop. They never fail to deliver the best and the service is always welcoming and I appreciate that. Not once have they messed up my order or given me a a bad sandwich, which I cannot say that about any other sandwich shop in town. Thanks Mr pickles

Makes my job do easy for catering

For some reason you can order right away on apps like DoorDash/Uber eats but on the official app you can only order via appointment time slot.

This app is archaic and needs a lot of work. It often glitches, will cause you to completely loose your order. Also, if you plan to order through the app, know that you will be waiting longer for your sandwich to be ready, and more often than not the shop does not make your sandwiches until after you’ve arrived to pick up the order that you waited an extra 30+ minutes for simply because you wanted to order online over the inconvenience of calling in customizations.
