I am disappointed with the misleading promotions. On multiple occasions, I was promised an additional discount through a promo code, but when attempting to apply it, I was informed that the code was not valid for my purchase. This creates confusion and undermines trust in your promotional offers.

I ordered a fear of god essentials t-shirt, a few letters are missing from the brand. Looks like a Chinese fake. They offered a 10% discount or send a refund at my expense. I've never experienced worse customer service.

Hello! Why can't I shop on Mr. Porter for two years? I have contacted you so many times and until now you can not help me!!! (((Payment does not go through any of my cards and even through Pay Pal!!! (Why??? A year and a half or two ago, I bought sneakers from you and since then not a single purchase has passed! (((You always answered me for a long time and what I wanted to buy someone else! Отвратительная поддержка
Задерживают посылку на месяц, после обращения – отписка, что решают проблему. Написал ещё раз через неделю, и снова тот же самый автоматический ответ. Проблему не решают. Приложение глючит.
