Mr Price App

App is very laggy on my Iphone. I can only view a few products and then when I scroll the app lags, and when I try to exit or go back to another category it takes a few minutes to respond. Also when I scroll it is very slow and stops a few times on its own then when I scroll again I skip like 4-8 products, especially in your Mr Price Home section. Please fix this.

Honestly one of the worst clothing apps, nothing ever loads or it takes for ever to do anything. Better off shopping in person

I tried to purchase some items online and wanted to use the Mr Price account. It doesn’t give that option. Why then are we applying for the account if we can’t use it on the online app??? It quite useless that account with an insane installment🙄👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Can’t connect my account to this stupid app, when I do anything on it it says can’t connect please phone for assistance and then the support is just as horrendous.

There’s no day I use this app and the error message doesn’t come up, it doesn’t matter the time of the day I try to access it, on data or on WiFi.

Seamless shopping experience and most online items are unavailable in store. Really enjoying the click and collect option as well. Lovely.

The screen takes forever to download

While scrolling through the app, the app freezes and is slow to load items.

Now and then things are out of stock, the app is slow and you can’t even view other people’s reviews on whatever they’ve purchased…why is that?

One of the most irritating apps I’ve ever had to deal with. Always loading, constantly bugs out, saving options aren’t reliable and a product will be listed and gone the next even though still in stock.
