Excellent app
Great as a stand alone app to monitor food intake, exercise and weight or as an adjunct to the main Mr.Fitness site. The search facility on the app is actually superior to the website, as it auto suggests items you have entered before. The database is huge for UK foods from all suppliers as well as US and the whole thing is free! It's worth checking out the Mr.Fitness site- there's a lively forum with plenty of challenges and support groups to join. Superb.
