Glitchy when multiple agents checking buyers in to a property. Removes all notes. This weekend we had no ability to search for existing buyers so had to create new profiles for all, which will need cleaning and merging next week.

Slow on loading properties and syncing contact database when checking people in. Too many unnecessary steps to enter/update a contact’s detail. Creates lots duplicates if not careful when entering details. This was supposed to replace MyDesktop but it’s worse than the MDT 10 years ago. For a simple check in app of OFIs, HomePass was much much much better.
