Mr.Patrol

Have been having several issues with this setting.

I have come here to tell people that the Mr Patrol app works in place of the Magic Viewer security app. My old tablet broke so I had to buy a new one and I bought the 10.5 inch tablet, unfortunately Magic Viewer was not compatible with my tablet. I was in such distress, as we all know how important our security cameras are for us. I tried several different security apps to find a replacement for Magic Viewer and found Mr Patrol which has the exact same interface so I thought it would work. After a few failed attempts to connect my security camera, BAM! It connected! It suddenly worked! I had to add the camera manually though, the QR code was not recognized. Hope this will help someone else who unfortunately has to use the magic viewer app because it seems like there is not anybody maintaining it.

I have an iphone 12 and I recently upgraded to the latest software for Mr.patrol and now i am connecting but seeing only black screens for a minute. I cant fast forward or rewind. Its hardly usable.

We have had great luck with this app and how it performs. Love the capability of it.

Not sure what’s going on but it’s saying can’t connect

Why??? Put out an update before making sure it works! Now I can’t access any of my businesses! Please get your act together. Thank you

Last update doesn’t play back says no data, I checked with other devices with older version play back is working, please fix this issue asap Thanks

Cannot view anything on iPhone even after 5 app updates. Keeps saying ip or port invalid. Basically the whole system is useless.

I have a iPhone 6s & when I try to open mr patrol app error message comes up and says no p2p connection what do I have to do can anyone help me

It has been several weeks and remote video feed on my phone does not work. I have had this system for several years. I called the installation company and they said it is a problem with Mr Patrol app update. I have tried to contact the developer to address the issue however there is no one available. Pretty useless app now and very unprofessional.
