MTG Scanner - Dragon Shield

This app no longer works. Any new cards I add disappear after I close app. 50% of cards throughout my collection went missing. Support said it would be fixed within the week but it have been almost a month and nothing

Reminder to not become overcommitted to I used this app to keep track of my collection for about two years. Until the recent update everything worked well. AFTER the recent ‘update,’ where I had to subscribe to a free trial/pay to view and access my collection, nothing works correctly. Cards aren’t showing up in my folders after adding them. I now have some 200 rares filed away that didn’t get added to my digital list, making the first lapse since I started cataloguing. It is enough of a headache to figure out what didn’t get added that I will likely move away from this app entirely as a result.

Sense the new update came out I have not been able to launch the app. It downloaded the update then immediately kicked me from the app and has not allowed me to open it again

What is going on with this app? I pay for this app and it has not been working consistently for a couple weeks now. Please get it fixed or compensate those who pay for the app.

Deleted all my saved collections across all of their apps for no reason, garbage

Normally I’d rate this app quite high since I use it almost every weekend when I play MTG with my family or friends. However recently since the last update I haven’t been able to see the list prices when I scan a card or load it into my inventory list. Hope this can be remedied quickly.

The app will not allow me to add cards to any list, regardless of if I text search or scan the card. The search pulls up the card, but doesn’t give me an option to add to a deck list. Any inventory folders I try to create aren’t saved. Currently on iOS 18.0.1.

Too bad it deletes all of the hard work I did scanning all of my cards. I went on the app and oop surprise! Everything was gone! I backed up my cards and that’s gone too. The scanning part is fantastic. It’s too bad I’ll have to go somewhere else to save my cards down. Cancelling my subscription and peacing out

This is the second time this has happened to me. I opened up the app today and all 700 cards are gone from my profile. This is so infuriating. Good app when it works but such garbage when I have to re-scan all my cards.
