They charge for everything. Can’t use Apple Pay. They don’t take topup at the counter. Tel you to top up with credit card and then charges 10.000 then when selecting tickets change 1000 per seat. Apple should warn customers as they are making a lot of money and Apple seems to be unaware. No warning about topup in app as well. I feel sorry for Indoneisans. Your getting screwed. Pay to deposit money into their company and then charge to buy tickets. Sad experience.

Apps keep crashing, can't open

Kenapa ga bisa beli tiket lebih dari 8 ya? Pas masukin jumlah tiket bisa begitu pilih kursi ga bisa kan aneh ya!? Klo yg mau nonton satu kelas gimana coba? Coba tolong dipertimbangkan. Kemudian dikasus lain mau reset pin/password ribet ga simple dan juga email reset ga masuk2, sebaiknya disediakan untuk Guest checkout ga usah pake login/register segala kecuali emang mau cari poin ato promo baru deh register, ga semua orang mau register

Aplikasi yg aneh ga mau kirim email forgot password

Improvement needed such as providing cancellation or rescheduling in the apps. It will be nicer if you have it
