The app is great way to purchase discounted bundles but it doesn’t allow me to buy higher bundles or buy for another number. Very frustrating

Happy with the app, have been using it since 2022 and I have no problem with it.

The view details option after buying a bus ticket never works making it impossible to confirm your departure time

I have been trying to buy electricity for a while now using your app but it keeps reeling me the meter number is invalid though I entered it correctly

I’m so happy with using this App. I can pay all my bills in one App & skip long queue. Happy customer!

Great idea but poorly implemented, gave it over a year to leave a review, expecting the kinks to be worked out and the app to get functionally better over time, same bugs exist that were there since it’s inception, not reliable. Can’t imagine using it for my business due it it’s unreliability, works one min stops the next. Using it is like rolling a dice, errors are not descriptive my favourite ”no valid content to display” you will see this after your session expires and you successfully log back in. Simple things to fix yet they have been there for over a year.Creators seem more interested in promos, than there are in creating a working reliable app. Unfortunate cause if it was reliable and worked it could have been a game changer. I was rooting for Momo but yea I’m quite disappointed.

This app had so much potential, but it is extremely limited and they have done nothing to improve it. In fact, they’ve taken things away. There is no point using this app in my opinion. The Vodapay app is on another level to this app you can’t, you cannot compare. Why haven’t they done anything to make this a great?

I have been trying to access my account since I have changed my number. The pin I am using is definitely correct. Don’t know what could be wrong
