I signed agreement after that unable to login there is no customer support to assist no revert from mail
No accountability and support
The mobile app has significant usability issues. It asks so many questions, making the experience tedious and frustrating. Even after completing goals, I often don’t receive the credits, which feels misleading. Customer support is unhelpful; their standard response is to send an email, but there’s rarely any follow-up.
