Munchies - Late night delivery

Theres little to none customer support. You can almost never contact anyone for any support or update. No explanation for the usual delay.

This company is full of scammers. If you order a food & paid that then your order will be 100% delayed. Now if you want to complain they will never help you. They will charge a lot of money but their customer service is terrible.

The overall concept was a 10/10.But the app is quite laggy and often has some technical problems.

It was my first time trying out munchies and at the very first time i received the worst service possible First the delivery man gave me the wrong parcel And then later on after receiving the actual parcel the order was totally wrong I ordered pasta basta And i received white chicken pasta:)

I like how they’ve constantly improved the app, by slowly adding more and more features. I am writing this review for no other reason but because I use their service quite often. I understand that the prices may sometimes seem higher, but I guess that’s the price you pay for the service of getting things in the middle of the night. I also appreciate the fact that every single issue I have come across has been dealt with appropriately by the customer support team. Sometimes it is not easy to reach out and get an immediate response, but they have so far always reached out eventually. This is something that I’m sure will become smoother as the company grows, which I look forward to.

This app has made life so much easier, specially for us ‘night owls’.There’s variety of restaurants that you can choose from.You can order sushi to bhaat literally at 5:00 am.

Takes way to much time to deliver. Not at all convenient. There’s no option to complain.
