The etas are inaccurate and will leave you waiting for rides that will never come.

I just arrived in San Fran, was told this app is helpful. I downloaded it, and within 15 min, I had calls from 6 different insurance companies as far away as Seattle, New York, etc. They won't stop texting, you have to block all the numbers.

The current iteration will give you the predicted stops multiple hours out for a single line up to 20 blocks away, but won’t give you the arrival times for a different line a block away. Every time they change the platform it gets worse and and worse. Best one was the one in use when I moved here in 2019- it would give you multiple stops and lines on a single screen with the arrival times condensed to make it easy to look at and didn’t require button pushes to update your location- it just did it automatically, plus it wasn’t hidden behind a search function. I’ve used it less and less every time and now I use it maybe once a week, whereas before I was using it 2+ times a day. Please make this actually useful again for people trying to plan what line to use!

Second time this has happened, bought tickets that can’t be used. Last time they issued me a refund when I requested it, but they will be unable to activate it in time if you really need it that day

Not the most intuitive app, but it works once you figure it out. And unlike the Clipper app, you don’t need to tap it each time you board.

I just bought 2 tickets using this app on my phone, which is the only place I have ever used it. Both tickets have a big black box covering them that says "Saved Elsewhere This ticket is downloaded to another device or associated with a previous app installation." What does that even mean? So I just threw my money away on 2 unusable tickets. In my opinion, it’s best not to release an app that handles financial transactions until it’s pretty fully tested. I can’t give it more than 1 star since it doesn’t actually work.

It’s improved by the quicker access to buy tickets. However one still has to click on an initial screen about the rider and select from a drop down menu. Would be good to be able to set a default so it just goes immediately to the screen allowing purchase of tickets. Would be good to be able to set shortcuts to quickly select favourite tickets with 1 click and then straight to Apple Pay. As you can see from the reviews, a major priority is being able to buy and display tickets quickly with minimal clicks and menus.

There is a stop for cable car in the map, but the cable car doesn’t stop.

More often than not the app refuses to update to show when the next train or bus is coming. The interface is clunky and not thought out.

Other than to by my ticket, this app is horrible. Use google maps instead to get around.
