Embark on a Fantasy Adventure with Cappy The Unicorn in the world of Munzee! This mystical guardian has traveled to our world to help realm-hopping creatures make their way home. Your quest is to locate magical munzee game pieces at GPS points around the world and capture them to earn points. Unicorns, dragons, and monsters - You never know what mythical creatures may land on a munzee. Continuously scout the map for new surprises!
Munzees can be either physical QR code stickers hidden in plain sight, or virtual GPS points marking places of interest. Physical munzees might be hidden on lamp posts, stop signs, tree tags, and more. Virtual munzees can only be seen using the Munzee app. You can find these munzee types at unique locales, scenic markers, or rest stops, to name a few. Alongside capping munzees you can also deploy your own to earn even more points and help grow the map around the world!
Cappy’s arrival has introduced a number of new features to help you become a master of Munzee! Start your journey at Cappy’s Camp hub in the Munzee app. Take the adventuresome unicorn on a Daily Stroll to earn Shooting Star credits, and then use those stars to summon magical Wisps at a Wishing Well in your local park.

Not for adults
Trialled it for several days, offers no challenge nor interest which might appeal to geocaching. Worst part is the inability to unsubscribe and receiving ongoing emails. Avoid this rubbish.
Good app but charged for trial
I accepted a 7 day trial and to start paying i think $4:00 a month and i was charged about $38:00 can you please explain to me the reason for this or if this was a accidental charge to my account?
So fun
This app is so fun and addicting. You can find munzee QR codes in plain sight, and when you are in a car you can scan virtual munzees that are within 300 feet of you. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a game that you have to go outside to play
Disappointed
Just started I like the concept except most of the QR codes in my area are no longer readable should have an option no convert to virtual once they are no longer scannable
Slightly addictive but gets you outside!
Real life scavenger hunt, uses virtual and real world physical tokens. Play it your way with whatever complexity you’re comfortable with. Did you find the Bondi Wombat?

Fantastic orienteering app. Highly recommend for fans of Pokémon go, geocaching or any fan of the outdoors.

The app is not very good
This app is unstable, slow and poorly designed. It lacks a number of fairly critical functions which force you to use the internet site. The game rules are good, albeit with some odd features. The app needs a facelift to bring it to a modern standard.
USA only app
Still, after all these years, doesn’t convert feet into meters for all information pop ups of how close you have to be to capture a virtual.
