При отказе создать канал lightning не возвращают комиссию майнерам, обворовывает пользователей

Аналогичная ситуация, отменили транзакцию в lightning сеть, а комиссию за транзакцию не вернули, украли мои сатоши, приходится платить повторно, что бы завести btc в lightning. 4-е раза мне отказали в транзакции и каждый раз у меня украли сатоши за комиссию майнерам, вы обворовываете пользователей.

Пользуюсь несколько лет, проблем не возникало

I sent two lightning fund transactions from Cash App over a month ago now, Cash app didn’t care saying they would have someone contact me and never did. Muun is correcting the problem (whether C.A. will take action or not) because I made them aware of the problem. IDK about you but I know banks would act like C.A. And not Muun. I’m sure going to keep in business with Muun!!! Awesome and great thank you, 10 stars! (If I could) ;)

Love the UI. It’s simple and efficient. Having both the lightning and regular network is great. I use the lightning network most since fees are extremely low or free. Receiving BTC from my miner through lightning takes just 10 - 15 seconds. Never failed once and I I move coins every 2 days. Love this wallet.

I sent two lightning payments to the app, only one appears and support is trying to ask me for the same things that I sent them in the first email like they never even read the email in the first place, asking me for the information I have already given them. I have given them the invoices and I have given them everything that they need to do to look up the situation and fix it because I sent it from cash app which I have never had a problem until I sent it to Muun. It’s only two $44 payments but I’m glad that it wasn’t more than that because I would’ve been out a lot more than just 44 bucks and that was over a month ago before it skyrocketed so there’s that as well. I do not suggest using this app. The customer service seems to not even know what they’re doing either. I will change my review if they can fix the problem, but this is over a month and a half later as well.
