47 musicians who are spread out over several bands in different communities - what could go wrong? As a concert band that holds a rehearsal once every 2 years or so to look over new music, but gets together regularly to perform at rural area events, without Muzodo we would be hooped. It works thusly - I send out a notice with a date and timing, hoping to be able to provide a 25 piece band that is well balanced. Muzodo tracks my musicians and determines other groups that are committed to perform on that date. I now know the musicians, and instrumentation I have available. Perfect app for bands to coordinate player’s attendance and give out event details.

I’m in multiple bands that use this app. It’s easy to install, use & to maintain the band roster! Even our most technologically challenged members are able to use it. I particularly appreciate being able to see who is attending each gig at a glance, by section/instrument.

I have faithfully been using Muzodo’s service, including, this app, for 5+ years. The service has greatly simplified my role as band manager. This app is a great tool to tie into the service while “on the road” at rehearsal or a performance.

I’ve been with many, many ensembles over time, and it becomes a challenge to organize all the different gigs, times, dates, locations, even instrument! Well, this app does it ALL. It has made my life so much easier with a simple tap of yes, no, or maybe, and you can even provide a comment to your musical leader. You can update anytime. I’ve used this both as a member, and as a leader, and it’s been a lifesaver. I strongly believe all ensemble groups should be using this. The creator of this app is an extremely accomplished musician, and knows exactly what musicians need.

I play in two bands that use Muzoto. At a glance, we know what events are upcoming. We simply check yes, no, maybe for each event. As easy as that. So director knows what chairs may need a sub in.

Great communication tool and looking forward to being able to use texting for communicating as well as email! Looking forward to using it in 2023 for our 30+ band members…
