The worst app ever. You cannot edit an order while it is being processed. And if you send a new order, it will be with the same error without the possibility of correcting it

I ordered a meal to my place, provided all the information but haven’t received it.

Laggy, crashing every minute or so, and very unintuitive!

Horrible experience, app feels like it was made by an intern... And I'm not even talking about UI but about system architecture. No ability to cancel an order if it was made too fast, one forgot something or else. If you have ordered something and want to order something else for example for your kids, partner or whatever it is IMPOSSIBLE until this order is complete... Just simple garbage, honestly it's better to just go to the cart then actually use this toilet paper of a software

Zamówienie złożone, po 30 minutach okazuje się, że nie dotarło. Lepiej wyłączyć aplikację niż robić zamieszanie, nie warto korzystać.

What is the point to make an app just to collect and deliver order on train and fail to deliver the order? You had one job…

Szkoda nerwów i złudzeń. Kilkukrotnie, w różnych pociągach próbowałem coś zamówić. Ani razu zamówienia nie otrzymałem; za każdym razem ten sam scenariusz - zamówienie „oczekuje” po czym po ok. 30 minutach znika bez śladu.

Wiele razy próbowałem coś zamówić i w zasadzie pokrywa się to z tym co mówią inni: obsługa nie przychodzi wcale, a jak przychodzi to ma pretensje, że się używa aplikacji XD Powiadomienia dostają ale je ignorują, więc trzeba zamówić kilka razy i w końcu ktoś przyjdzie ale z wielkim wyrzutem. Na różnych trasach wypróbowane, ta aplikacja - jak w tytule - nie ma najmniejszego sensu

Staralem sie zamowic cos na miejsce w pociagu i pomimo dwoch godzin nic nie dostalem. Aplikacja strasznie toporna i nie dopracowana. Szkoda czasu

The main screenshot for this app shows Barbakan as a train that it should be available on. But it’s not. Looking up by train number didn’t help but looking at other reviews this saved me from trouble with the order later on.
