Unable to login to the NIMC Portal
Each time I try to login to my NIMC Portal via the App it alway shows unable to login ‘user ID or Mobile Token incorrect

Introducing Mobile Web Services (MWS), a new suite of Personal Identity tokens and services, developed, administered and managed by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
This MobileID Application is issued by the NIMC on behalf of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and serves as a valid means of Identification anywhere a Nigerian (or legal resident) is required to present an ID Token.
It MUST however, always be verified for the transaction to be complete.
The NIMC is also improving the design of the National Identification Number (NIN) Slip, which may also be verified using this App.
The NIMC will collaborate with sister agencies such as the FIRS, FRSC, JAMB, NAFDAC, NHIS and any other Federal or State Government that wishes to provide eServices to citizens via a secure platform.
Using this platform, the MWS Mobile Ecosystem means that the Government can instantly reach out to tens of millions of citizens anywhere in the world.
If you have been issued a National Identification Number (NIN) by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), you are welcome to download this application to use as a complement to, or in place of the physical National Identity Card.
This app may serve as a replacement for a physical Polycarbonate Card, since it also a State-of-the-Art General-Multipurpose resource.
We are here to serve you and welcome your feedback.
Please DO NOT attempt to use a fake Mobile Number or Bank Verification Number (BVN) to register. A NIN is issued by the Federal Government, BVN is not!
This version supports iPads.

Clunky doesn’t work
This app barely works. I couldn’t set my account after downloading the app, even though my NIN has been linked with my phone number from the service provider’s end. It’s unfortunate that we can barely make use of it.

I’m very disappointed in this app m, for a second when I saw the upgrade I thought that the developers must have gotten something water this time m, I’ve tried inputting my NIN into the system but it keeps saying request time out for nothing g seems to work in this app it’s a waste of time tbh 🥲
A FAILED APP
It doesn’t work at all keeps saying nin not found fix up your app!!!!!!!!!
THIS APP NEEDS A LOT MORE WORK!
I’ve been trying to register for over a day now, and it keeps saying network request failed, and I have really good internet, so I know it’s the apps fault. I think it needs a lot of bug fixes. Please kindly resolve the issues with your app, thank you.

Hello @nimc_ng I am having issues with the OTP generated by my app, They are all giving error messages , both on the app and on website.

This app is terrible.
Nonsense!!!
A can’t print my slip after paying Remita for this service. My money is gone, I can’t do what I want to use my NIN slip for. Will anything ever work in this country, when you are allocated huge amount of money only to employ your relatives who knows nothing about developing an efficient app to the detriment of the citizens you claim to care for? No accountability, no mechanism to ensure accountability. I’m really disappointed, y’all need to fix up. This app is just basic and can’t really achieve anything productive.

It’s takes forever to receive and OTP, it come 24hrs to receive an even if you eventually receive it, it will had expired. Pls work on this.
