Based on the reviews from last year, as someone who has only joined in the last 6 months I’ve found the app great. Sleek and clean, does everything I want. Great work, keep up the good work.

• Access products and offers to apply for a saver, access, or a term deposit account
• Submit a prequalify form for a home loan
Customer support:
• Submit a general enquiry
• Chat with customer support
• Track requests you've made with the bank

Stop forcing the update
I don’t always have time or data
Easy!
It’s a really useful app for banking. Everything in the app is thoughtfully placed and everything works.
Not working
Getting an error message continually now
Correspondence area now disappeared
I have just noticed that the correspondence and letters section has disappeared from the app. How do I now see any letters past and present in the app about my term deposits??
OTP to SMS useless when overseas
The app is good except that I can’t find a way to change the OTP so it comes to the app or my email address.
Doesn’t work
Spent 10 minutes setting up the App but cannot login. Goes round in circles asking me to login. Then set up a 4 digit code code. Only to start over again, round and round.
Terrible
I made an account this morning and when i try to get into it, it logs me out and isnt letting me back in. Later that day my bank account was compromised and someone was trying to log into my account, high chance its because of this app.
App update
I went from having super fund only to home loan and account. App still only shows super account. Have logged out and in and updated but still won’t show. Contacted help desk to be told not their department!
Amp bank
Set up online access but shows I have no active accounts. How can I access my AMP bank account.
