My Baxi

Every time I want to do anything I have to log through the welcome to new app pages! Reported it told it would be sorted but B nothing done. The app works well but spoilt for the log outs and no way to stay logged in!

Keeps logging me out. There is no HomeKit integration and the Google Home integration only exposes “Heat” as a mode so you can’t switch it off or run on a schedule. Too basic.

Why does this app CONSTANTLY log me out! This has been the worst app ever for years, even when it was updated. Shocking.

The latest Baxi update seems to come with a log out constantly feature meaning you’ll need to go through several screens every time you open the app before you can do anything. Fantastic

This new app does not work as well as the older version . Why do all these companies have to fiddle with things that were working fine .

When I manually put my heating on for a few hours, I have to remember to tell the app to revert to the schedule, or it just keeps going. The last app had a timer function, so if I turned the heating up, I could tell it for how long, then it would automatically revert to schedule. I now spend far too much time on this app, and it seems to sometimes have a mind of its own anyway. Very annoying, nowhere as good as the old app

Good app but missing some functionality. I cannot adjust my central heating flow temp in the app. Cannot update it on my Usense thermostat either. Stuck at 80. I am confident the previous app had the ability to change this value. Please look into this.

Cannot see save on my phone as the page does not fit (iPhone) try to scroll up and you change something. Why do I have two languages? I select and want English, but the rooms are in Spanish or Portuguese? Do these people event test this software before letting it loose 😵‍💫

Absolute detest this app. Has a mind of its own. Wanted to turn the heating up a notch yesterday, so it has automatically put the heating on to manual and now running outside the usual hours. So 4am in the morning and the house is like an oven. Not what I wanted at all. It’s too flipping clever for its own good and makes my bills bigger. Only way for me to run it is to switch it off and on manually.
