They don’t cover very much on things I actually need and the things they do cover the limits are very low like only $1000 for a CPAP machine and that’s a lifetime benefit big whoop that’s gonna make a dent. Hope the CEO gets his bonus though. Plus, they’re very slow on completing the claims I’ve had submitted. Do better.
It takes so long to figure out pdf ca screen shot and how to upload the receipt. I cannot upload a photo, only pdf, from Saved Files on iPhone. Screen shots must be saved to Photos to upload and then it’s annoying to rename them and keep multiple upload screenshots organized. I think it worked in the end but took 2 hours to submit 1x dentist and 1x optometrist claims for my family of 5.

This app is absolutely amazing. I have had only amazing experience with this app. It’s so strange that First Canadian isn’t known to a lot of health services people. The interface is so user-friendly that i have compared it to my previous Sunlife benefits and my brother-in-law’s benefit from the govt and both don’t even come close to how well this app is designed. I have been using it for 2 years now and all I can say to the developers and First canadian, KUDOS!! Keep up the great work.
