I love the amount of communication I have with the car

My 2023 X5 xDrive45e is outstanding and fun. My visits to gas stations are rare.

App is generally reliable. Much better than other automakers EV apps. Only confusing UX is scheduled charging. It’s not as intuitive as it could be. Apple Watch complications are also buggy. SoC does not display consistently. Also liked having the BMW Rondel on the screen better than the “My BMW” app logo.

I got my 2019 BMW X1 serviced 8/23/2024. The app has not updated and shows maintenance still needed. Also, show appointment as work in progress when it’s been completed. What gives?

I get information about the status of my car. Remote start is awesome in the winter. I also am linked to my loan, warranties, etc. I can track when services due on my BMW. Very useful app.

The app is great, lately when I attempt to go to the financial services screen, it loads an empty/blank page and i cannot do anything. I have to force close the app and reopen it to restore functionality.

I was at a concert and thought I knew where I had left my car however everything changed with the entrances and exits when the concert was over. I had no idea where my car was in a massive field. I looked at the BMW app and was able to find my car and was directed to it. It was a lifesaver!

I’ve had this app 2 years now and it’s super annoying how all the apps have to come up every time you start the car. This should have been fixed by now. Honestly, I’m not even sure I want another BMW because of it. The car itself is fine, but this app pisses me off every time I get in the car.

What happened to being able to activate cameras for a live view? A cartoon animation of where my car is is not as helpful as an actual live view with my car cameras. Bad update. Bring back camera remote view
