Polished and worth the money
After getting through the intro videos it was straightforward to use and helped me get a great personalised insight into my health. Loved the fact that it was so specific to my body, miles better than a bmi test!
Game changer!
I have struggled with managing my weight all my life and always found BMI to be really inaccurate - thank goodness for this app! Especially helpful over lockdown when I can’t get to the machines at the gym. I’m not the best on my iphone so was relieved to find this easy to use with the instructions.
Really useful!
I struggled with keeping track of my weight throughout lockdown, but this app has really simplified it for me, I’m not a fan of just being on the scales so this puts into context my health in a much easier way. Easy to use! Just make sure you watch the tutorial video to get the most accurate reading! Definitely worth the money!
Great app
The app is really easy to use and I was very impressed by how accurate the technology is. Standard BMI is such an inaccurate measure for my body type so I’m very pleased there’s now a good alternative.

Interesting idea
Not sure if this test is that accurate. It overestimated my body fat by 4% vs the one I received from my personal trainer in the gym.
