1) To reset password (using link from email) I need to delete app because it opens app without any reset password form, but if I delete it - it opens browser, where I can reset 2) When password is invalid and I try to input it again it removes previous input and I need type password from scratch 3) after second described step, I need to select “remember me” again and to agree with conditions Every time when inputting the password again I need to do it 4) when resetting the password if I type a wrong secret word, it will open the login page again, instead of letting me fix errors in the input I hate it!!!1!

I can’t seem to register on the app or website, keep getting an error message “ Oops, the information you’ve entered is incorrect, please try again.”

When you try top up by card to the plan you’re on it doesn’t have the option to do it just credit. You have to go on the actually website and the option is underneath.

There have been multiple times where my phone would freeze, not due to lack of wifi connection but because of chatr as a carrier itself. Within the last 5 years or so,my experience with chatr, it’s been rather frustrating. That being said, feel like it is time to switch to a different carrier to avoid the same problem.

Tried everything even through the browser. Can’t remove the credit card on file that’s been cancelled for a new credit card have to manually load money each time. So frustrating!

Nuuulll !!!

I can log in on the website but when I try to log in on the app. It always says my username or my password was wrong/ invalid after that they blocked my account.

This app sucks it won’t go to the proper screen to fix password keeps telling me logged in too many times reset password I got the email not the right screen

Can’t login even after multiple re installs

This app will make u lose your sht, you have to do so much stuff just to log in. I had to reactivate my acc even tho I already enrolled it to auto pay Dont use this as your data provider
