Downloaded today.. Randomly keeps wanting to access my Bluetooth, for what reason please?

Cant order food keeps crashing needs a lot of work completely useless app

It doesn’t store the booking number and you must digit it every single time you want to unlock the door or use the app. It’s poorly designed and really bad. Way to go to have something usable

Keep throwing me out and making me add the booking number over and over again! I thought the app was down for a while for changes/new app? This seems worse than the last one

This app is terrible!! Sometimes it works, most the time it doesn’t. The fact they want you to use a digital key for some caravans and you can’t even get on the app is terrible. It’s been like this for a long time. It says ‘having trouble connecting’ even when I’m at home with good wifi, it’s not just because of bad signal it’s a faulty app. It just hardly ever works! Fix the app if you want your guests using it for bookings and digital keys!!

Why in 2023 are we entering the booking reference every time we want to log in? The whole usability of the app is really poor. For a company of Cove’s size a full overhaul surely needs to be put in place to improve customer experience and show the whole company in a better light.

Crashes all the time, crashes whenever you try to order any food, never remembers your booking reference- really poor !

Pointless app. Have to remember your booking reference every time you log in. 2 holidays in a row, the app to unlock your door doesn’t work! This time had to feed my child through the window to let us in! Ordering isn’t any good either. Haven app way way better

Keeps popping up constantly telling me to turn on my bluetooth so it can connect to accessory's…… no way to stop it why it want to connect to my head phones ill never know. what accessory's it wants to connect to or why are beyond me i will be deleted after my holiday

The old app was much better, this one is so annoying as you have to enter your booking ref every time you open it !!! Which you then have to search out … why not have the ability to store it ?!?!
