This is the most amazing and complex diet plan apps, as i have download few diet apps but this is the most complete one , i have follow the diet plan that suite for my super busy life style and manage to lost few Kg weigh and i feel more fresh and more healthy now days, thanks to this apps now i can easily find my clothes with smaller size

Onboarding includes questions about things they get your goal weight, motivation levels, and activity levels, how busy you are in your daily life. Once l entered all of my info and (made-up) goal to lose a certain proportion of weight, we get to pick the diet plan we like. There are lots of options such as: Blood type diet plan, doctor’s suggestion and etc. It's important to note day-to-day weight fluctuations, and if it's going up, they don't necessarily mean that you're not 'on track. If you're going to weigh yourself, I'd recommend doing it less often to get a more accurate picture of where you're really at.

I tried so many diet apps but i don't think thats what I looking for.. so i just uninstalled all those apps.. till today I finally found apps that suit my preferences.. hope this apps have better over of diet plan than many other apps out there..

Last year, I gained so much weight and I want to lose it. I’ve tried so many applications but nothing has met my objectives. Until I found this app, this is a truly my diet game changer!
