My Dictionary (English)

I don't want to spoil your rating, but to be honest I am not so glad. Cool thing that you can fetch the definitions. But why is the definition input so small and has a length limitation? I can't use more than 106 characters, which is not enough for a word definition. As you can see when you try to fetch the definitions, you have a few of them. Why do I have to choose between them and not use all of them in the order of appearance?

Couple of annoying little aspects. When I click add example (a second one), the text from the first example is automatically pasted in so you have to got through and delete it all. Also, one you have pressed return to save the example, there is no way to edit or delete it which is super annoying!

Would it be possible to lowercase the words whenever they are added to the list? Some of the definitions I have are proper nouns and that can cause a mixup. Second, would it be possible to add a feature of both iCloud backups, as well as exports? I would like to be able to export my data in a plain text format if at all possible (i.e., json, xml, Csv, etc.) Lastly, would it be possible to include wikionary as a source for definitions? The very first word I looked up ‘aby’ says that it wasn’t found. However, it is on wikitionary. Thank you developer for your work. Very much appreciated!

I’m looking for an app which can make my own quizzes for months. And I’m so happy to find the idioms section!! This little app definitely has everything for building your own dictionary! Best dictionary app ever.
