They call u every day for renewals and then when it comes to speed a basic youtube video also buffers at 200mbps Customer care if rubbish No contact point Staff is rude after u purchase the service Requested them to change the router Since 6 months they are checking only not even once any person has visited to check

Once you raised a ticket they will call you and say now we have rectify the error but nothing is done

After having used some of the top names in internet, I shifted to Excitel. And this is my 5th year running and no complaints! In fact I started to follow up with them to start services in my area after hearing great things about them from my friends who were using their services. The customer service is available and very cordial. Of course they try to tell you to use their app more but they forget that using the app needs Internet and a customer may be calling to fix just that :D There are 2 things I just love about their offering: 1. No cap on usage! The speed never drops irrespective of how much data have you used in a month! I run 4 TVs on OTT almost thru the day plus two people working from home! 2. Very affordable pricing. Effectively I pay <700 bucks a month for a 100 MPBS fiber line with no data cap! How fantastic is that! Overall I’d give a 5+ stars for everything! P.S: their app experience needs improvement. No complains with their Internet service

Do not buy it whatso ever. It is so pathetic. The customer service doesn’t respond and they are rude which is not expectable. Top of that they just keep resolving tickets without taking concurrance from the user. Pathethic

They didn’t refunded my money and i wrote it in my review and they took it down and i guess they will take this one down too

They have the Worst Internet Service Provider i have ever came across and they didn’t care about there customers. They never pick a call and never revert also.

Now Excitel service as well as network is nonfunctional , future users beware of Excitel don’t fall into their trap of low cost internet very soon it’s going bankrupt!

All the negative reviews are true. This company makes all sorts of promises to rope you in, but after that they drop you like a hot rock. Basically scam artists in my experience with them. Customer service agents are least bothered with doing their jobs, and instead make the customer do all the running around. Their connection is NOT upto the speeds advertised (not even close), and gets disconnected frequently. I have been calling for 1week now about my service not working and nothing has been done. Complete waste of time and money.
