My First Skool Parent App

The basic features for checking in and out works fine, but getting updates and even viewing albums is an absolute nightmare. The gallery and processing Needs to get fixed.

Had an issue with still receiving notification even though logged out, it’s been almost 7 months but nothing was fixed. They claimed it’s gonna be a big impact. Yet every now and then will received notice of system maintenance and we won’t be able to access the app? A lot of things can be improvise (even submitted a feedback on their survey) but many updates later, still nothing.

Video can be played. When I tap on “download” it shows “Success Video downloaded” but I can’t find the video in my iPhone gallery.

Cannot open app. Pop up message telling user to update app. But app already up to date when opened in Apple Store.

Cant use the apps. There is pop up message to install a new version. But when I go to Apple Store, can’t upgrade the apps. Now I can’t use the apps at all.

No chat functions. Messages has to click one by one. Waste of time. Useless app

Invalid attempt to spread non-iterable instance. in order to be iterable, non-array objects must have a [symbol.iterator] () method.

Please consider to have an option to clear all notification instead of needing to enter into the notice one by one.

Still taking forever to load esp for photos and sometimes it doesn’t work at all!! Feedback to HQ also useless as they don’t be bothered to reply and anyhow ask MFS branch to contact you without sharing with them what’s going on! Can’t believe this is a app for Singapore preschool!
