Interesting content but buttons to subscribe or save content for later reference often unresponsive.

Really bad testing, updates flushed all my saved files.This entire week my ‘feed’ remains empty... response from email was ok, but no fix...

Great interface and reliability

Gartner does an amazing job of covering every aspect of the IT services and cyber security markets. Their research is very well done and easy to understand. I also love their product management and marketing tips, guides and best practices.

Consolidate ignition guides into single documents rather multiple documents.

Incredible app. I can easily access all information that’s relevant to me.

Am pretty new to the app and unlikely to continue using it as the app is almost entirely non-functional. I log in but am apparently not logged in. Screens do not display correctly. Too many problems to write about here. Cannot recommend the app at all.

The app is solid and well designed for both iPhone and iPad, but it’s the research that makes the difference. Becoming a Gartner client is expensive but love their content.
