While trying to login I’m continuously getting a message “the service is unavailable”. Impossible to login...Please fix this bug.

I am using this app on I-phone 14 pro max but unable to do recharge payment, tried so many times for the same … problem is so genuine… please do the needful & update app ASAP. TIA

Unable to select channels of my choice through the App or website. Cable operator (canton) selects the channels & some are not of my choice . I m paying for the many channels which are not of my choice.

Every time I tried to recharge, my phone screen goes black out n app shut down

Connection drop very often

I have been trying to make payment from last couple of months but the screen goes blank at the payment page. Please share a fix.

Update the app for iOS 16.1.

Not able make payment through app. Every time I do complain after 1 day message come problem resolved. God knows how resolved automatically. Every time go to Hathway office to make payment. Worst experience

Worst internet connection

I tried seeing their plans and continued my recharge when they decide to provide 5G router change. But they promised and 1 week passed but no One contacted. I bought 100 Mbps plan and not even received 7-8 Mbps. Worst Broadband service I have ever come across.
