My HKG (Official)

Seems like a great app. Downloaded prior to boarding for Hong Kong. Arrived in Hkg to find app requires update. Luckily there’s Wi-Fi in airport so I can update, but better if the update is optional so I can immediately use it upon landing.

I downloaded it yet it took forever to load to the main page. It’s still loading after a few mins. I thought it’s my network but it still the same problem after I switched to another network. I removed and deleted the app.

個app改一個完全唔關航班、機場事嘅名，我用search功能完全搜唔到。製作團體以為要幾經常用先會記得個名？ 裡面只係一個功能有用 and 常用，就係登記航班編號提醒，其他完全係廢。

根本入唔到到去是正常嗎

As mentioned in the title, hopeless app and technical team. Reading the comments asking people to screenshot and email them. It’s easy enough try opening the app yourself. To response team: don’t reply me saying to send the screen shot. Open the app yourself, ffs

iPhone 6S+, 7+, iOS 15.8.2 after installation open app which ask trace me or not, the aircraft icon only rotate rotate rotate non-stop rotate that’s it, what’s problem?

The app stuck at title page

The developers must verify with multiple tests on the updated version before launching in the market for end users. It’s a shame for Hong Kong people as the Hong Kong Airport official app represents our image. Please make extra effort to make it right.
