The Year 2024 update: - Still No Apple Pay - There is no more Payconiq - the only bank in Lux with no Payconiq. iPhone app freezes in 50% cases I launch it. - iPhone app now freezes also while I am trying to do some operations - If you opened PDF in the app you cannot close it or go back - iPhone app does not allow you to see a lot of details for your transactions - Worst of all: bank freezes all cards without even letting you know and you cannot find out the reason through app. They will not answer you within few days. So if you are abroad with only ING card available -> you are in disastrous trouble. Worst bank I have seen from many angles. I would give it up instantly if this would not be my salary bank

This is not an app, just a wrapper for a web page. - text inputs are broken: cursor is invisible and navigation is not working as expected - often app starts with an empty white screen with a tiny text “Host …” - push notifications are unstable - app is not getting tested well: it was broken for a few days after latest iOS update - there are no reports, stats, any useful data - ing is the last bank in Luxembourg which doesn’t work with Apple Pay
