They deduct my 5++++ points after spending because of recently update, I will never buy Innesfree again, goodbye innesfree

Quite an unfriendly app. It says my email is registered but to proceed they want my card number, but I don’t have that anymore which is why I was advised to get the app. But I can’t utilise the app without the card number. Am going round in circles. There’s no other available avenues to contact for technical issues regarding the app or access to membership account. Not sure how to move forward from this.

Service error popped up and can’t even log on…what happens Innisfree Malaysia??? Get your app developer to straighten up. This is not a kid or child’s play app

Very upset with Innisfree. If you want to maintain the app, please do something asap! Today I received a notification but the messages used seems to be Thai or Hindi (I cannot recognise and differentiate). I am in Malaysia. Why I received such message (in the app too)? What’s wrong with Innisfree?

Open the app few times and reinstalled it as well but the interface keep showing service error. I try many times already and it doesn’t work. Please fix this problem okay? Not this year problem I think few years back already occur.

dah tekan forgot password banyak kali dah isi email apa semua sampai sekarang tak dapat email. Korean product tapi sampah betul

Please, stop asking for password change. We don’t have so much time and can’t remember all the password we do. What’s the point?

sometime people forgot the password. this fckin apps said insert email address if forgot the password & they will send the new password but everytime i insert my email they said this invalid email??? lmao i use the same email. why its so hard? should i remove the @? or .com?? pls fix that!! i’ve a lot of reward points!!

I used to love this app because I can check my recent purchases, points, and products from Innisfree. But this app keep asking to update app which is so annoying. And then recently I can’t sign in my account. I’ve click the “forgot your password?” link, but this app said I’ve enter an invalid email whereas I used the same email. I’ve tried to register back my account but this app said “this app is already exist.” Please, please fix this problem!

I am Innisfree VIP member. Tried to log in few times today and the app is not responding. After delete the app and re-install the app still have error saying service unavailable, what happened??? Pls fix this problem ASAP
