My Invisalign

I often find that when I take my Invisalign out and track it, I can’t get back in to pause it. So by the time I can get in again, it’s been 1h+ of “non-wear” time while I’ve been wearing them. And it’s not the trouble of me forgetting my password. I have Face ID on for the app and sometimes it works and then other times it tells me my user ID is invalid.

Overall, the app serves its purpose, albeit not without some annoyance. When taking care photo’s, I put my phone down briefly to remove my retractor and reinstall my trays, only to find that my phone had locked and lost all the photos I had just taken (obviously prior to sending). I like to write a note detailing what tray I’m on to my Dentist, hence why I didn’t just hit send straight away. Would be ideal if it could just retain the photos (no pun intended).

It’s so frustrating that the app has a compulsory Face ID or pin to enter the app. There is no personal information kept on the app and if you’re not using it for uploading photos there’s even less reason to make this a requirement. The timer needs improvement because it often restarts and doesn’t give you the ability to edit it until the following day.

Hopeful to make it work even though it’s daunting to wear for 22 hours per day. I’m confident and diligent enough to know how to make it work. See you in 24 weeks. It starts today!

It’s great to use for monitoring when it works but if there’s an update it doesn’t keep my time and if I don’t realise this has happened I can’t edit the time for more than 24hrs. Sometimes it just logs you out for no reason too.

Love the app. It is so helpful tracking how long you’ve had your trays out for. Please please please fix the app so it doesn’t log out so often! It’s so frustrating to continue to log in every second day.

This app is really frustrating. I am on week 8 of my aligners and in the beginning the app worked fine. But for the past 4 weeks, the app has being logging the incorrect wear time. It defaults to 15 or 17 hours. Even though I have been logging my time and wearing the aligners for 22 hours. The reminders also stopped working. I added a reminder to put back my aligners after 45min and 3 hours later the reminder still have not come through. I have logged a ticket twice now about the time issue and its still not fixed.

Very basic app in functionality. Really only seems to be useful for reminding you to change to your next aligner. Often shows incorrect data for wear time. For example, I wore my aligners 23hrs yesterday. That data showed correctly yesterday. When I logged into the app today it said I’d only worn them 4.5hrs yesterday. This happens a lot. The reminder function to put your aligner back in doesn’t work. I downloaded the app a week into my treatment and cannot back date it to when I actually started.

good but there is a lot of spelling and punctuation errors
