The app shows you all the values of an ordinary smoking cessation app. Money saved, time since last cigarette, toxins not ingested, health status, etc.
What makes it different from other apps is that it helps you when you want to go back to cigarettes. It suggests you alternatives to smoking when there is a certain situation. It can be a withdrawal symptom, or a habit.
The app is optimized for the Apple Watch and you can also display all data as complications (from watchOS 7) on your watch face. So you always stay up to date.

I love this app...it shows me the time & money I give back to my life through my choice to not smoke cigarettes in real life examples...I especially enjoy the amount of toxins I did not invest..it motivates you to keep going...All around a really great app❤️

Great Timer, needs correct spellings for US English
Great timer indicating time from last cigarette. The word spellings need to changed to conform to US English.
