Great when working

For starters - when the support site doesn’t work - it’s a blank page - it tells you a lot about the app The app itself is similar full of bugs and errors and you can get no support Frustrating and annoying Should be 0 stars

This app was so helpful! And it hasn’t been working for ages! Please sort!

Fails to connect. Utterly frustrating.

Cannot connect to server. With and without Wi-Fi.

This was a great app which saved a lot of time when working. For the past month (maybe longer?), despite updates and reinstalling, the app is no longer working. It needs to connect to the server. Such a disappointment

This needs an update or something as it’s all stopped. When working it was great for ordering and renewing books. Please update it 🤞

This app seems to have been decommissioned as it’s unable to connect to any services. It needs removing from the App Store

I think it must be nearly six months since this stopped working.

The app hasn’t worked for months so it’s basically pointless. You can’t search the catalogue and my account shows me as having a book on loan that I returned over 6 months ago. Super helpful!
